Cybersecurity Conferences 2027: IT Channel and Security Shows, What They Cost and Who Attends
Listed with IT channel shows first, then security shows, each group by 2027 start date, and shows whose 2027 dates are not yet announced placed in their usual month. Updated September 27, 2026.
Ten 2027 shows where a cybersecurity or IT channel vendor can meet buyers or partners, with the same exhibitor facts for every one: who attends, how big it is, what a booth and a ticket cost, and what each show is best for.
The IT channel shows come first. Those are the shows where vendors meet MSPs (managed service providers, the companies that run IT for other businesses) and resellers, so the win there is usually a partner. The security shows follow. Those are where vendors meet the people who buy and run security inside their own organizations, so the win is usually a direct customer.
Every show here is held in the US, is relevant for 2027, and has a live official page that was checked on the host’s own site on 27 September 2026. Two shows are left out: the Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, because its host page could not be reached to confirm anything, and ScaleCon, because no 2026 or 2027 edition has been announced.
Two phrases do a lot of work in the table. “On request” means the host has not published the price, so you ask for its exhibitor prospectus. “Not published” means the host has not released that figure on the pages checked. Both tell you what to ask before you sign.
If you want help picking and running your 2027 shows, Events Authority works with exhibitors from the first shortlist through the review after the show.
This page is one of Events Authority’s conference lists, one per industry, and each list gives the same facts for every show.

Tracie Crites, on the 2025 edition. In June 2025, Pax8 Beyond came to my home state of Colorado, and my team at Breach Secure Now turned Booth 811 into a movie lounge. A movie ticket and a popcorn container in the welcome bags gave attendees a reason to find us, and seats that were actually comfortable gave them a reason to stay. Tracie Crites, on the 2024 edition. IT Nation Connect was in Orlando in November 2024, and my team at Breach Secure Now turned our booth into a college campus, BSN University. I co-presented a session with Art Gross, BSN's CEO, and Dan Cucchi, BSN's VP of Sales, so the booth and the session told the same story. How do you choose the right cybersecurity or IT channel show?
Start with who you need to meet. A channel show fills the room with MSPs and resellers, so your booth is talking to people who could carry your product to their own clients. A security show fills it with practitioners and security leaders buying for their own organizations. When my team at Breach Secure Now built BSN University at IT Nation Connect 2024, the people we were there for were MSPs, so the booth was about helping them train their end users. Different room, different pitch.
“On request” is not a dead end. It means the price lives in the host’s exhibitor prospectus, so ask for it, and ask four questions in the same email: who exactly is attending (by role, not a headcount), what the event’s narrative is, who is speaking and about what, and whether there are scheduled opportunities for real conversations, like meals in the expo hall or dedicated showcase time. I laid those four out in a video in September 2025, and the full method is in how to choose the trade shows worth your budget.
Here’s the truth: a big sponsorship at the wrong show is still the wrong show. A small booth in a room full of your buyers, with protected time for them to reach you, can do more than a top-tier package in a room that came for something else. And if a show asks for a large sponsorship with little or no airtime for your brand, my answer is a firm no.
Then plan backward. My preparation horizon for a show I’ve chosen is at least 12 weeks before the event, and the invitation can reach people before they reach the floor: at Pax8 Beyond 2025, a movie lounge booth started with a movie ticket and a popcorn container in the welcome bags. Decide what should be true 30 days after the show, and score it against that with the event ROI calculator.

Common questions
How much does it cost to exhibit at cybersecurity and IT channel conferences? For 2027, none of the ten hosts on this list published a booth or sponsorship price on the pages checked on 27 September 2026. Nine are on request, which means you ask the host for its exhibitor prospectus. DEF CON publishes no exhibit price at all and is not run as a conventional vendor show. Ticket prices are easier to find: Pax8 Beyond lists a $299 early-bird ticket for 2027, Kaseya Connect lists a $999 early-bird Conference Pass and $1,299 with training for 2027 (early-bird until December 1, 2026), and DEF CON charged $560 to $600 plus a $20 processing fee in 2026, with 2027 prices not yet published.
Which cybersecurity and IT channel conferences are best for winning new customers? It depends on who your customer is. If you sell to MSPs, Channel Partners Conference & Expo (the host projects about 8,000 channel professionals for 2027), IT Nation Connect (which ConnectWise bills as its premier global MSP community conference) and Kaseya Connect (Kaseya’s own event for its MSP customers) are all built around MSP audiences. If you sell to security teams directly, RSA Conference has the largest published attendance on this list, approximately 44,000 cybersecurity professionals in 2026 by the host’s count, a quarter of whom authorized purchasing decisions. Black Hat USA has a Business Hall for exhibitors inside a program built around technical trainings and briefings.
Which conferences are best for finding MSP partners or resellers? The partner-focused shows here are XChange March, a curated matchmaking event between solution providers and vendors; Pax8 Beyond, Pax8’s own partner event; ChannelCon, a vendor-neutral event for ITSPs (IT service providers), MSPs, vendors, distributors and technology consultants; and Channel Partners Conference & Expo, which draws technology advisors, MSPs and suppliers looking for partnerships.
Who attends RSA Conference, and how many people go? By the host’s 2026 figures, approximately 44,000 cybersecurity professionals attended RSA Conference and there were more than 600 exhibitors. Of attendees, 49% were at Director, VP, senior or C-level, 47% had 10 or more years of cybersecurity experience, 25% authorized purchasing decisions, and 20% came from outside the US. The 2027 edition runs April 5 to 8 in San Francisco, at the Moscone Center and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
Is RSA Conference worth it for a small company? It can be, but weigh two things first. The exhibit price is on request and the ticket price was not published on the pages checked, so you cannot budget it until you have the host’s prospectus. And with more than 600 exhibitors in 2026, a small booth is competing for attention on a very large floor. A small company can attend on a ticket, book meetings with the buyers it already knows will be there, and judge the booth question for the following year. If your product is identity, compare Identiverse, a narrower show built around identity and access management.
What is the ROI of exhibiting at a cybersecurity conference? Compute your own rather than borrowing a benchmark. Before the show, write what should be true 30 days after it. Afterwards, add up the full cost (booth or sponsorship, travel, and your team’s time) and set it against the pipeline and deals you can trace to conversations at the show, counted at the same window every time. Badge scans are not leads, so count conversations that led somewhere, not scans. The event ROI calculator linked above gives a keep-or-rethink verdict at the counting window you choose.
When should I book a booth for a 2027 cybersecurity or IT channel show? Seven of the ten shows have announced 2027 dates: XChange March (March 7 to 9), Channel Partners Conference & Expo (March 15 to 18), RSA Conference (April 5 to 8), Kaseya Connect (April 26 to 28), Pax8 Beyond (June 6 to 8), Identiverse (June 28 to July 1) and DEF CON (August 5 to 8). Three have not: ChannelCon (confirmed for Orlando, usually in August), Black Hat USA (usually August) and IT Nation Connect (usually November). My preparation horizon is at least 12 weeks before the event, so preparation for XChange March should start by mid-December 2026, which means the booking decision comes before that. If a host wants the contract signed earlier than that, ask for the proposed agenda and proof of scheduled showcase time before you sign.
Which of these conferences fit a smaller budget? Because no host on this list publishes an exhibit price, the budget question for most small teams is ticket-only attendance. Under $500: Pax8 Beyond, with a $299 early-bird ticket for 2027. $500 to $1,500: Kaseya Connect, with a $999 early-bird Conference Pass for 2027 (valid until December 1, 2026), and DEF CON, at $560 to $600 plus a $20 processing fee in 2026. The other seven did not publish a ticket price on the pages checked, so ask the host before you plan around them.
